What we collect
When you book online or request a quote, we collect the information you submit: your name, phone number, optional email, vehicle type and details, the service you selected, the time slot you chose, and any notes you add. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or other government IDs.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm your appointment, contact you about the job (for example to confirm location, weather, or arrival time), invoice you for services performed, and keep a basic record of past work.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for outside advertising.
Who can see your booking
Booking details are stored in our managed backend and are only readable by the shop owner through an authenticated admin area. Customers cannot view or list other customers' bookings through the website.
Bookings are submitted through a server-side endpoint that validates and writes the data on your behalf — the public site does not expose direct database access to booking records.
Platform & hosting
This site is built and hosted on Lovable, with a managed Supabase backend for data storage and authentication. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Describing these platform capabilities is not a certification claim — we rely on the providers' standard controls and configure our own access rules on top of them.
Shared responsibility: the platform secures the underlying infrastructure; we are responsible for what we collect, who we grant admin access to, and how we use the information you send us.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses functional cookies and local storage required for the admin sign-in session. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Embedded fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive standard request metadata such as IP address.
Retention & deletion requests
We keep booking records as long as they are useful for service history and basic business records. If you would like a copy of the information we hold about you, or you want it corrected or deleted, email or call us using the contact info below and we will take care of it within a reasonable time.
Security contact
If you believe you have found a security issue with this website (for example, a way to see other customers' bookings, or a broken admin check), please reach out before sharing it publicly so we can fix it.
